Match Funding for Water and Sanitation for children living in Brick Factory

This project aims to enhance children's access to sanitation by constructing toilets within brick factories. Indeed, Kumnit Kumar Orgnaization has built four toilets for 98 families representing a population of 261 people (136 females), including 121 children (64 females), living in Bunlay, Bayon 1 and Ta Sreng brick factories. The project site is located in Prek Anhchanh commune, Muk Kampul district of Kandal, approximately 30 kilometers from central Phnom Penh. Each latrine is conveniently spacious and consists of a toilet and a water container tank so that children and members of families can take a bath inside since water is provided for free to all workers. On behalf of these communities, KKO thanks the brick factory owners for their remarkable cooperation and support in facilitating the construction of toilets. Their generosity and commitment to community welfare have made a significant impact, and KKO is truly grateful for the partnership.
